It Really Works
I was dubious about buying a product like this on Amazon versus buying it directly through AT&T or through Sony Ericsson but this product really worked and saved me a lot of money.

If you are hesistating, don't. It uploads my photos and videos with no problems whatsoever.

Fast delivery, good product. But the smell of the cable is not very good in the first week.

False Advertisment
You will get a cheap stiff generic cable, NOT the pictured OEM Sony cable. Even though the seller claims "Brand New Original Sony Ericsson DCU-60 Data Cable in manufacturer sealed Sony Ericsson unopened packaging". I gave it 2 stars because it works and didn't fall apart in my hand the first time I plugged it into the phone like the even crappier cable I bought previously from another bogus seller. It looks like if you want a decent cable you will just have to buy it from Sony and pay the +SH. Beware, A1 Accessories is not the only seller that lies to their customers about this cable.

iphone (1rst gen) sync/charge cable
Got this cable for use in 2nd location. Using it with the original dock for charging at night and has been working just fine. Its longer than the original which is convenient for this location. Product was shipped quickly, and arrived as expected.

Good stuff
Works just fine. I use it to charge my iPhone 3G at night. I added a plug adaptor to the end of it.

USPS Delivery Faulure
Can't really review the product as I never received it.
Although the tracking number indicated that the USPS
delivered it, it never reached my address. All efforts to
find it failed. Not the shipper's fault but I wouldn't
recommend using the USPS!

Did not work with iPhone
I pourcased this item andit will not work withiPhone. I contactedsupplier and was told that it was not for iPhone... No alternate offer to correct problem. I feel as though I was ripped off....

doesn't work, even on FOUR computers
I am a college student living on campus. I have a desk top and my two roommates have laptops. While attempting to install on my computer, multiple error messages came up. Alright I'll try my roommates computers. On each of theirs, NEW error messages came up. Each of the three computers yielded three separate error messages. Wow, I guess I have to try my computer at home. I go all the way home on the weekend and try this for a FOURTH time. A new error message comes up. I've tried this on four computers with the same result. The product sucks. All I want to do is unload my pictures and videos to a computer, but apparently that is too much to ask. DO NOT BUY this product, it is a complete waste of money.

Motorola Mobile Phone Tools 4.0
Dics had error in it and would not load. So I purchased the new Ver right from Motorola site. Never again will I buy from here. I guest you get what you pay for. :(

old version..will not update to 5.0 does not work with Verizon
This is the old version..did not even recog. my Rizar z6. I called moto they told me to get ver. 5.0. And after all the new download and hassel of the upgrade,it only has the phone book capability for Verizon none of the other features work. If you want to use this to access the internet from the phone, u will need to have the verizon data package ( 49/month??)

Motorola phone tools 4.0
I have a fairly new computer (6 months old) with Vista. When I tried to install the phone tools, it crashed windows explorer. I repeated the procedure several time with the same results.

Upon reviewing the internet, I found out only phone tools 4.51 or higher would work with vista. Since I could not even open the programs on the CD, I am guessing I had an older version.

Between the time I ordered phone tools 4 and my attempts at installation, phone tools 5 was released.

Even though phone tools upgrades are free, I could not get the program to open. The software should work on xp, so if you have a dual boot computer, down load the program then updating may be a solution.

I had to return the software and have ordered the new version.

Unreliable
Bought my cable last year and only used it for a couple of weeks before I decided to replace it with a cable from Nokia.

This Eforcity unit is made of cheap-feeling material. Takes a bit to plug into my computer and once it is in, still doesn't work a lot of times. So I had to unplug and go thru the process a few times.

Yes the price is low. But overall the item is too unstable.

Simple phone cable works fine
The cable does what it's supposed to do. The quality seems good, and it's obviously made to match my specific phone. Good price, quick delivery.

Not your fault I think, doesn't work
So far the product doesn't work. However, I had another of the same from another vendor and that didn't work. So, don't blame the vendor.

The CA-53 was delivered promptly and it was cheap. I bought because of good reviews of the product. So don't count my review just because my CA-53 doesn't work. I think the problem is my phone.

Good and serves it purpose
Don't want to be raped by some shyster group promising a sweet deal on a ringtone only to give you a fifteen second bit of the song and enough hidden fees to make sure your children's children are in debt? Invest in this USB adapter for your phone. I used it with my Nokia 6125 and it works great. It transfers data fast and fits snug in its phone port. Only gripe about it is the snug fit is too snug and it can be a pain to get the cable attached to the phone, but a little extra push and everything is good to go.
